Water in New Milford, CT Basement from a Broken Pipe

The homeowners in New Milford, CT had a water loss caused by a break in a pipe that lead to the outside water faucet. Our crew arrived on site, as a plumber completed the repairs and found that 3” of water drained into basement. They immediately started the Water Extraction process. Antimicrobial agent was applied to floor, followed by placement of Air Movers, Dehumidifiers, and an Air Scrubber to make sure the area was dry and no odor was left behind. Drying took 4 days to complete at which time moisture readings were within normal ranges. The homeowners were ecstatic with our work and the attention that was given to their needs.
